I started Orderly Consulting because I kept seeing the same situation: someone gets named executor for a parent or family member, and within two weeks they realize the job is enormous. Not legally complicated — just relentless. Dozens of phone calls, stacks of paperwork, agencies that each have their own process, and deadlines nobody warned them about. All of it happening while they are also working, raising families, and grieving.

My background is in operations and systems. I know how to manage complex processes with a lot of moving parts across long timelines. That is exactly what estate administration is — it is a project management problem disguised as a legal one.

I work in Queens and Brooklyn because I know these boroughs. I know Surrogate's Court at Sutphin Boulevard. I know how long things actually take here. I work with a small number of clients at a time so every engagement gets real attention. You will always know exactly where things stand.
